is Georgia- 239 points
2nd Armenia - 232 points
3rd Italy - 209 points
The 14th Junior Eurovision Song Contest took place at the Mediterranean Conference Centre in Valletta, Malta on Sunday 20 November 2016. The contest last approx 2 hours 34 minutes. On at 2pm UK (3pm CET)
Ben Camille and Valerie Vella were the presenters.
The singers must all be aged between 8 to 15 years old on the day of their national final. They must have written their song themselves with no professional help.
17 Countries took part.
Interval acts were Poli Genova, who entered the Eurovision Song Contest 2016 with her song If Love Was A Crime and Destiny, 2015 winner
The winner was decided by a jury (which made up about 50% of
the vote), as like the main Eurovision Song Contest.
As well as the jury
results, there is a kids jury results and also 3 sets of results from the
judges, who were Jedward, Mads Grimstad of Universal Music, and expert show
producer, Christer Bjorkman
