For all those people who are interested in the Eurovision Song Contest, here are some details for 2006.
The venue for 2006 is the OAKA Olympic Indoor Hall in Marousi in Athens
The presenters will be Sakis Rouvas (who entered for Greece in 2004) and Maria Menounos
The draw took place on 21 March 2006. Tickets went on sale on 27 February 2006 but sold out quite quickly.
37 Countries has indicated their interest. Here are the list of countries and songs known so far. Serbia & Montenegro has withdrawn from the contest but as they went direct to the final, Croatia automatically qualify. Points 1 to 7 will be shown automatically on screen and then the spokesperson will announce points 8, 10 and 12.
